Key responsibilities
• Interact with business lines to clarify business requirements
• Assess feasibility, benefits, and risks, and provide opinions/recommendations
• Analyzing the impact of business requirements on existing systems and the overall IT environment
• Break down requirements and provide effort estimates for the analysis work
• Transform business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
• Maintain specifications and related documentation up to date throughout the project, implementing approved
changes
• Participate in solution design, support development, and testing
• Provide post-implementation support to system administrators during stabilization
• Providing support throughout the lifespan of the application in both functional and technical operation mode
Requirements
• Hands-on experience with software design and documentation
• Good knowledge of private individual lending products
• Ability to develop solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflows and establishing specifications
• Document interfaces between new and legacy systems
• Familiarity with BPM, SQL, XML, Oracle, Web Services, and operational reporting
• Familiarity in working with tools like: Postman, SOAPUI, Swagger, etc.
• Previous experience with implementations of lending solutions (Credit Origination) is a plus
• At least 3+ years of experience as a technical/system analyst
• Advanced communication skills in English
• Agile knowledge/previous experience is a plus
