Team Profile:

Institutional Securities Technology (IST) develops and oversees the overall technology architecture strategy and bespoke technology solutions to drive and enable the institutional businesses and enterprise-wide functions. Our clients include Fixed Income, Equities, Commodities, Investment Banking, Research and Global Capital Markets. Institutional Securities Group (ISG) Architecture Governance is responsible for development, communication and implementation of the Technology Architecture principles, standards, design patterns and governance that inform the development and engineering of the ISG Technology platform in support of the ISG business.


Position Description:

The ISG Architecture & Governance team is seeking a Kanban Agile Delivery Manager who is highly detail-oriented, comfortable managing operational tasks, and capable of driving strategic initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, strong mastery of Jira Kanban practices, and the ability to manage priorities while ensuring seamless delivery.

Responsibilities:

    • Lead daily stand-ups and manage Jira Kanban boards with precision.
    • Build and maintain delivery roadmaps, track key milestones, and proactively remove blockers.
    • Apply Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) to ensure efficient and transparent delivery.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, manage calendars, prepare materials, and distribute agendas.
    • Facilitate meetings, capture detailed minutes, and track action items through to completion.
    • Maintain governance documentation and drive continuous process improvements.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for ICAG (Institutional & Corporate Architecture Group) administrative matters.
    • Deliver clear, consistent, and timely communication across senior stakeholders.
    • Foster strong collaboration and positive working relationships within and across teams.
    • Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
    • Balance tactical execution with long-term strategic planning to support delivery objectives.

Requirements:

    • Advanced proficiency in Jira and Kanban methodologies.
    • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to work effectively with senior leaders and manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
    • Strong ability to collect, structure, and analyze data with precision.
    • Highly detail-oriented and comfortable managing repetitive operational processes.
    • Experienced in building delivery roadmaps and aligning initiatives with strategic goals.
    • Skilled at balancing short-term execution with long-term vision and planning.
