Tasks:
Integration design & implementation coordination:
• Coordinate the design and rollout of new interfaces (1 new interface, migration of 6-7 existing ones to a new middleware).
• Manage local developments.
Business testing coordination:
• Collect and write test cases, coordinate the entire testing process for Magyar Telekom.
• Actively participate in business-side validation.
• Ensure compliance with test requirements and quality gates.
Migration support:
• Coordinate post-migration data validation processes.
• Liaise with all impacted teams.
Cutover planning support:
• Coordinate go-live activities for local interfaces and business operations.
• Collect and execute local cutover tasks.
Training coordination support:
• Actively support business involvement and training scheduling (training delivery not required).
Project management:
• Create schedules, coordinate with the implementation team, and support local developments.
• Work closely with the implementation team.
• Manage risks, issues, escalations, and reporting.
Requirements:
• Experience in SAP system integration and/or project management
• Experience in coordinating IT projects, preferably in integration or testing projects
• Knowledge of procurement processes is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, proactive mindset
• Effective liaison between business and technical stakeholders
• Active, business-fluent English skills (both spoken and written)
