Responsibilities:

• Participate in EAM meetings to align on development priorities and sprint planning

• Use Git to manage code versioning: pull, commit, and push updates regularly

• Write clean, efficient JavaScript code and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform

• Collaborate within Agile teams (Kanban/Scrum) to deliver iterative improvements

• Contribute to solution design and technical documentation for ongoing enhancements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer (mandatory)

• Strong background in JavaScript development, UI Builder

• Working knowledge of SQL syntax for querying and data manipulation

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

• Structured thinking and effective teamwork skills

• Ability to document technical specifications clearly and concisely

Nice to have:

• Experience integrating third-party systems with ServiceNow

• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practice
