Responsibilities:
- Plan IT systems that support business objectives, ensuring alignment between business needs and appropriate IT solutions.
- Participate in the preparation of technical implementation plans for business projects, including proposing suitable technologies and evaluating/selecting vendors.
- Design and develop enterprise-level, business-oriented IT solutions.
- Propose system consolidations and initiate related projects where applicable.
- Create system designs and architectures, and contribute to knowledge management.
- Participate in the transition of solutions into operational environments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subsidiaries across the organization.
- Ensure solution delivery adheres to required standards, methodologies, regulations, and internal processes.
- Support project delivery within defined scope, budget, resources, and quality expectations.
- Analyze and understand business requirements.
- Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
- Follow established change management processes for technical modifications (based on ITIL principles).
- Actively participate in project meetings and collaborate with all relevant team members.
- Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer during handover to Operations according to project plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in an IT architect role.
- Experience working in multinational environments or on large-scale enterprise projects.
- Proven track record in leading international teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following technology domains: network, data center, or end-user solutions.
- Solid knowledge in one or more of the following network technologies: L2-L3, BGP, DMVPN, ASA (classic and FTD), Checkpoint, FMC, Cisco DNA/ACI, SD-WAN (Viptela), Zscaler, ISE-based NAC, SGT.
- Experience with data center technologies such as F5 Load Balancer, backup solutions, disaster recovery, and hybrid environments.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization solutions.
- Knowledge of storage systems such as HP 3PAR, NetApp, and EMC.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies including Office 365, Windows Server OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and hybrid Exchange environments.
