Responsibilities
- This role will support the team in the regular reporting of ongoing risk issues and action plans, monitoring project progress within the costumer's portfolio, and collating squad and fleet delivery metrics for presentation to senior management, alongside similar tasks
- The role will support the organization moving to the next stage of its Agile adoption, and thus experience with Agile practices will be required
- The role involves collaborating with global team members at many levels within the organization and provides a unique opportunity to network with a diverse group of people
- A successful candidate will be self-motivated, innovative, with excellent problem-solving skills, experience in working in an Agile environment, and ideally with experience in systemizing reporting processes
- Working with engineers, application developers, infrastructure support teams, risk officers, chiefs of staff and other Agile practitioners, polished communication skills in dealing with a varied audience are required.
Requirements
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills with experience in working with global (multi-cultural) teams
- Experience in data analysis and presentation of both qualitative and quantitative data
- Ability to identify, monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and agree appropriate responses
- Experience with Agile practices -Experience with managing technology risk
- Excellent time-management and task prioritization skills -Strong presentation skills and proven ability to lead meetings
- Experience working with team members across multiple locations
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Advantages
- Background in Unix systems administration or management
- Experience in Python to assist in automation of reporting
- Knowledge in PowerBI would be an added advantage
