Are you passionate about keeping critical systems running smoothly? Join our dynamic and growing IT team as an Application Operations Specialist and play a key role in supporting and maintaining enterprise-level applications.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee production systems and daily scheduling activities
- Manage incidents and problem resolution
- Deploy business releases (planned, ad-hoc, emergency)
- Create and maintain operational documentation
- Contribute to backup and disaster recovery planning and testing
- Collaborate with application developers and infrastructure teams
- Build, configure, and manage test environments
- Operate and configure application servers
- Automate recurring tasks and procedures
- Work independently and proactively
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT/Application Operations
- Solid understanding of Windows systems and basic networking
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Scripting skills in Bash or PowerShell
- Knowledge of relational database management systems
- Degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Professional working proficiency in English
Advantages

- Experience in both cloud and on-prem application operations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience in high availability environments
- Background in banking IT operations
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Grafana, Dynatrace)
