Responsibilities:
This role involves providing onsite and desk-side support services to end users, covering for the primary engineer during periods of leave, sickness, or unexpected absence. The scope of work includes:
· Resolving incidents and service requests within SLA
· Building, configuring, and troubleshooting PC & laptop hardware and software
· Supporting mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, Android)
· Managing meeting room tech & video conferencing
· Performing daily data backup routines and tape management
· Offering smart hands support for data center equipment
· Ensuring high-quality, customer-facing service
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar Level 2 desktop support or field engineer role
- Solid knowledge of Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office applications, and SCCM
- Familiarity with MAC support is a plus
- Hands-on experience with hardware repairs, rack and stack, cabling, and DC equipment installations
- Good working knowledge of mobile device platforms
- Strong communication skills in English and Serbian
- Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft MCP/MCITP highly preferred
- Organized, independent, proactive, and reliable
