Responsibilities:
- Define and implement test strategies and plans for various projects.
- Coordinate and manage testing activities across squads and vendors.
- Ensure proper test coverage and traceability of requirements.
- Lead the adoption of automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Manage test environments and data preparation.
- Monitor and report on test progress, defects, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to support CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g Tricentis Tosca).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Advantages:
- ISTQB Certification (Foundation or Advanced Level).
- Experience with performance and security testing.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, D365, DataBricks).
- Experience in banking or financial services domain.
