Our team is on the hunt for a highly motivated and proactive, results-driven IT Sales Specialist to grow our business in the IT consulting and IT solutions-based sector. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT or Outsource services sales, proven experience in managing complex sales cycles, and established connections within industries like: Finance, Banking, Insurance, Oil & Energy.

Key Responsibilities:

New Sales Strategy:

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve business targets
· Identify and acquire new business opportunities in local and international IT markets
· Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline and lead generation activities
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to adapt and refine sales approaches

Client Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key business decision-makers
· Manage existing accounts and drive business growth through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
· Conduct client needs analyses, develop tailored solutions, and deliver professional proposals and presentations

Sales Process & Performance Management:

· Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to implementation, ensuring efficient processes and high win rates
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions within the CRM system.
· Track, report, and analyze sales performance, providing regular updates to the Chief Outsourcing Officer

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, Management, or a related field
· Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the IT, ICT, Telco, advisory technology sector, with a proven track record in business development and managing complex sales cycles
· Solid understanding of IT consulting, digital transformation, T&M business cases, and infrastructure services
· Existing relationships and strong network within the IT consulting industry
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hungarian
· Strong negotiation, relationship management, and consultative selling skills
· Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
· Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations for diverse audiences
· Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
