Quantcast is hiring a Senior People Analyst to work on our People Operations team in our San Francisco office.

As the real-time pulse of the Internet, Quantcast uses machine learning to drive human learning. Quantcast provides brand marketers and publishers with meaningful audience insights, predictive targeting and measurement solutions across the customer journey.

In this role, you will play an integral role in driving insights for our executive team and People & Places leadership. You will improve our ability to solve problems with data across HR, Diversity & Inclusion, Compensation, & Talent Acquisition. You will analyze data from multiple systems to identify problems and propose solutions. 

Responsibilities:

    • Leading authority on People data, responsible for building and managing the roadmap for our People team’s data and ensuring our data is aligned to Quantcast’s strategic goals
    • Leverage our current tools & systems to provide reports, models, and dashboards that provide insights at scale to the People & Places team and company leadership
    • Develop surveys and analyze survey results act as systems administrator for our survey systems
    • Work closely with HR, Diversity & Inclusion, Compensation, and other People & Places functions to drive decision-making
    • Establish strong quality assurance processes and identify ways to minimize risks of inaccuracies across systems, reports, & dashboards
    • Dig into internal data relative to external benchmarks and research to guide better decisions within the People & Places function
    • Manage both long term and ad hoc strategic projects -- build project plans, coordinate with cross-functional partners

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree desired in a field (Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Behavioral Economics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology)
    • 4+ years of experience with data analysis, communicating results, & driving insights & decisions
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR/ People Analytics space
    • Experience analyzing data from surveys and experimental research in a business or academic context
    • Strong Excel skill and experience with data visualization tools (such as Tableau)
    • Experience with Workday
