Quantcast is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to work on our Engineering team in our San Francisco office.
As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, you will play an integral role within Engineering at Quantcast. Our rapid growth has led to an increasingly complex and interdependent set of products. You will coordinate the delivery of these products from concept to development, advise relevant partners on process execution, and drive continuous improvement to ensure success.
What You'll Do
- Bring our new suite of products to market, driving alignment and collaboration across teams
- Manage and maintain team deliverable plans, ensuring forward project momentum, cross-functional communication and on-time delivery.
- Proactively identify technical dependencies and roadblocks to mitigate risks and ensure successful execution of projects
- Investigate the technical complexity of features and bugs, and prioritize/formulate solutions
- Identify opportunities to drive innovation, accelerate product launches, and remove blockers
- Drive reconciliation of quarterly roadmap and resource planning activities and deliverables
- Prepare and present program and project status to key partners at regular intervals
- Lead efforts to resolve key project conflicts and establish appropriate resolution paths
- Serve as the scrum master for our multi-team scrum of scrums and lead as an agent of change as we strengthen our Agile muscles across the organization
About You
- Passion for leading in a complex industry, digital advertising and/or tech industry experience a plus
- Four or more years of project management experience running complex, cross-functional projects; ability to keep on top of a million things
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence peers
- Capability to do technical deep dives as needed to drive programs
- Able to work with different people and to remain calm under pressure
- Superior communication skills with multiple audiences, from mid to c-level managers
- Experienced with Agile methodology
