We’re looking for a hardworking internal communications professional who can help inform, engage, and inspire our 650 employees around the world as we pursue our mission.

You will be a creative thinker, have a strong sense of curiosity and attention to detail, be an excellent writer and be able to identify and articulate stories in a compelling way. You will have the flexibility, creativity and the self awareness to adapt themselves to differing tasks and audiences across our business, including our most senior executives.

The role will be based in Quantcast’s global HQ in San Francisco reporting into our Head of Communications. 

Responsibilities

    • You will develop and execute creative internal communications programs worldwide ranging from our employee interest groups to key corporate updates and change management
    • Cultivate healthy two-way dialogue between leadership and employees
    • Lead and continually improve key initiatives, including monthly company All Hands meetings, annual kick-off events, company newsletter, and company intranet (Quantcast Hub)
    • Coach and support international colleagues on running effective employee communications in their markets, equipping them with the skills they need to be self-sufficient
    • Lead on messaging development, exec coaching and presentation feedback, copywriting and other content development across internal channels
    • Build effective working relationships with senior leaders across the business, including executive leadership, HR, engineering, sales and product teams to stay ahead of changes that employees should be aware of
    • Identify compelling employee stories that demonstrate the culture and values of Quantcast, and identify effective channels for sharing those stories internally
    • Support Quantcast’s People and Places and Talent Acquisition teams on employer branding strategy and content development
    • Identify clear objectives and effectively measure progress against them
    • Engage on crisis communications topics and quickly drive the team towards a strategy

Requirements

    • Five or more years experience in public relations, marketing, communications or related fields
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Proven track record of establishing and exceeding goals and building close partnership with cross-functional teams to deliver positive outcomes
    • Strong attention to detail, high level of discretion, and the ability to maintain a calm approach with complex workplace issues
    • Collaborative approach to work and able to build strong ties across teams
    • Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
    • Familiarity with social media strategy, video production processes, and graphic design are a plus
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and establish new processes when needed
    • College degree
