Quantcast’s tight-knit HR team is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst. You will play a key role in administering our benefits plans. Collaborating with teams from all across the company, you’ll work on complex benefit matters related to our global expansion, as well as routine matters like benefits invoices and ID cards. This is an opportunity to shape the HR and benefits strategy at Quantcast in our continued pursuit of building a long-standing, successful company while having fun along the way.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Quantcast’s benefits philosophy and act as in-house expert
- Serve as a contact for vendors and third-party administrators
- Improve internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency
- Document and maintain procedures for assigned benefits processes
- Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations
- Work closely with carriers and third-party administrators to administer Quantcast benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, commuter and reimbursement programs, and retirement programs, as well as maintain any additional records as needed through our global HRIS, Workday, and other document storage applications
- Help Quantcast research, roll out, and administer its benefits program globally
- Coordinate daily benefits processing, such as handling enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident and death claims, rollovers, QDROs, QMCSOs, distributions, loans, hardships, and compliance testing
- Oversee monthly billings and payment of administrative fees for all plans
- Perform enrollment audits by preparing, collecting, and organizing data
- Assure accuracy/reconciliation of premium invoices and coordinating payments through Accounting
- Coordinate wellness initiatives such as administering on-site flu shots and educational sessions
- Ensure accuracy between Payroll, employee elected benefits, and all associated vendors
- Provide training and support to People Team Advisors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university
- 4+ years of related benefits experience
- Working knowledge of ERISA governed plans, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, FSA, and HSA plans
- Global benefits experience a plus
- Experience working in a high-growth environment
- Strong attention to detail
