We are hiring an Account Manager to work on our Commercial team in Hong Kong. This is a newly crafted role as part of our expanding footprint within the region. In this role, you will manage and grow the relationships of the sales team’s key accounts across both managed services and self-serve offerings.

What you're bringing:

    • Have at least 3+ years’ account management/ client-facing experience in digital/programmatic media
    • You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you roll up your sleeves and get into the weeds of campaign strategies and executions
    • Strategic thinking always looking to create opportunities for both clients and Quantcast
    • Enjoy troubleshooting and identifying solutions for your client's needs and have experience making recommendations to clients in order to get the biggest bang for their buck
    • Passionate about programmatic media and would love exposure to a plethora of clients (agencies and direct) across Asia
    • Keen to grow and develop your presentation skills and are comfortable in public speaking
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead internal/external stakeholders
    • Have proven experience working with campaign reporting and analytics
    • Native Cantonese speaker and have a strong command in written and spoken English
    • Bonus Points for:
    • Have hands-on platform trading experience and understand the in and outs of campaign optimisation
    • Are familiar with industry tech solutions including DCM, Google Analytics, DoubleVerify, IAS, etc.

What you'll be doing:

    • Develop an account strategy for your book of business that will maximize the amount of advertiser spend with Quantcast and drive long-term retainer relationships with your clients.
    • You will lead as the main point of contact for servicing clients within your patch allocation. This involves maintaining day-to-day communication with clients (proactive and reactive), in person, by phone, and by email by navigating RFPs, Quantcast product suite questions, and sharing industry insights, client presentations, and recommendations.
    • Drive the onboarding process of new accounts on both managed services and self-serve–act as a central project manager within Quantcast to deliver gold-standard client servicing and ensure a smooth end-to-end campaign delivery process on your book of business.
    • Consult with clients to understand their business and brand objectives, and develop best-practice campaign setup solutions and data-driven analysis to get them where they want to be.
    • Work closely with internal teams (Sales and Client Services) in ensuring that campaigns are set up for success and are in alignment with internal service level agreements
