Quantcast is hiring a Sales Operations Associate to work on our Platform Partnerships team, based in San Francisco.

As the real-time pulse of the Internet, Quantcast runs the world’s largest AI-driven insights and measurement platform directly quantifying over 100 million web destinations. Using machine learning to drive human learning, Quantcast provides brand marketers and publishers with meaningful audience insights, predictive targeting and measurement solutions across the customer journey.

As Sales Operations Associate, you will collaborate with many functions, including Sales, Finance, Legal, Product and Business Development teams to support several critical projects for the Platform Partnerships team.

This role will allow you to have a direct impact on the SaaS sales organization, owning team success tracking, revenue & health metric analysis, and custom projects to help drive business operations and strategy initiatives. Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong knowledge of internal and external deal processes, workflows and tools
    • Curate tools and datasets for tracking sales and customer success pipelines, revenue forecasting and account health metrics, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Partner with Platform Partnerships managers on deal analysis, market and partnership evaluation, and financial planning and modeling
    • Project manage custom sales research and analysis requests to help drive go-to-market, business operations and strategy decisions
    • Partner with Sales management, Legal Affairs, Revenue Operations and Enterprise Applications teams to implement, execute and improve Platform deal review and order-to-cash processes
    • Identify areas of improvement to increase Partner retention, scaling and satisfaction

Requirements

    • BA/BS degree in a technical or business-oriented field, or equivalent practical experience
    • 1-3 years of professional experience ideally in an operational or analyst role
    • Strong analytical background and knowledge of basic statistics
    • Exceptional critical thinking, written, and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated skills in gathering requirements, prioritization, supporting and leading projects
    • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail

Bonus

    • SQL and statistical modeling
    • Proficiency with reporting tools and dashboards such as Salesforce, Tableau and/or Looker
    • Experience within SaaS or Adtech companies
