Quantcast seeks a talented Business Systems Analyst to join the IT Enterprise Applications team. We provide business teams with critical business applications in areas such as Marketing, Sales, and Finance.

The ideal candidate is a proven self-starter with a strong background in business process analysis and applications technology.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with users to understand and document business requirements
- Analyze complex business problems, define and evaluate solutions
- Design, implement and manage end to end user testing cycles. Coordinate internal customer resources through the testing and validation cycles
- Implement configuration-based enhancements to IT Enterprise Applications systems
- Manage projects and queues for IT Enterprise Applications Team
- Manage small and large projects from start to finish
- Insure all tasks are clearly defined with estimates, targets, resources, status, dependencies
- Anticipate, track and proactively address project issues and risks
- Create and utilize collaborative PM tools such as plans, trackers, dashboards
- Lead standups and project status meetings
- Produce accurate and timely project status updates to teams and stakeholders
- Balance internal and external resources across multiple projects
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience
- Some experience as Salesforce Admin or Analyst
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce configuration and setup tools
- Experience with Salesforce data loader
- Understanding of CRM principles, Sales and Marketing operations
- Experience in managing projects and teams in a software engineering environment utilizing various project management methodologies, tools and techniques including agile methodologies
- Familiarity with issue and project tracking software such as JIRA, Confluence and Google docs, as well as adaptability to additional tools as needed
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Passion for data integrity, always finding ways to improve data quality and insights
- Impeccable customer service, strong ability to work with cross functional teams at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced collaborative environment
- Salesforce certifications a plus
- Strong problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organization, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills
