QuantCo builds robust and scalable machine learning products that impact billions of dollars and reach millions of people. As a technical program manager, you will sit at the intersection of our teams, technology and clients.

Partnering with interdisciplinary teams, you will steer complex projects through their lifecycle, coordinating the allocation of resources to overcome technical challenges. As we continue to scale, you will establish and uphold new work processes, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality products that help them make critical business decisions, with significant financial impact.

Responsibilities

    • Coordinate & monitor technical projects in B2B environments; prioritise deliverables and allocate resources
    • Design and uphold new work processes, serving as the foundation for increasingly scaling and complex projects 
    • Lead and document client interaction, ensuring internal teams can effectively translate commercial objectives into technical solutions
    • Manage expectations, assess whether objectives are feasible, and ensure teams deliver meaningful value in line with project goals
    • Write and maintain technical and process documentation, improving the operational efficiency of the multidisciplinary teams within QuantCo

What we are looking for

    • Technical (STEM) related Bachelors or Masters degree
    • Track record of effective client interaction/ management & demonstrable ability to empathise with end-users
    • Familiarity with relevant program management tools (Asana, Google Workspace, Confluence, Notion, GitHub, etc)
    • An understanding of how interdisciplinary teams function with an ability to ideate approaches that go beyond Scrum/ Kanban models 
    • Fluent German language skills
    • Ability to understand technical topics on a level to question/challenge software engineers
    • Familiarity with technical tools is desirable but not essential (Git, Python, Linux)

We offer a generous compensation package that includes a base salary, bonus, stock options, and relocation support, along with additional location-based benefits. Remote work is possible, contingent on occasional business travel to meet with teams and clients onsite.
