QuantCo is a leading global Machine Learning company with over 180 employees in the US, Germany, Switzerland, and the UK. We are building advanced pricing, forecasting, claims management, and medical image recognition products. We aim to grow significantly over the next 20 months (and beyond), and thus, we are improving, adjusting, and re-designing many of the things that have made us successful in recent years. 

We are looking for collaborative, flexible, highly organized, and detail-oriented self-starters to work with us on these exciting challenges. 

You will work on a diverse and evolving range of projects that include the following areas:

    • Knowledge Management: managing the flow of various types of information within our organization to ensure easy access to relevant data and resources in order to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maximize the utilization of our collective expertise. 
    • Company Culture: organizing inspirational formats, events, and initiatives to nurture our unique company culture and to scale the core values that define us as an organization.
    • Workplace Innovation: leading efforts to create a distinct workplace environment that reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining world-class talent.
    • Program Development: initiating and managing various people operations programs, for instance, spearheading efforts to establish QuantCo as a premier internship host globally or helping to ensure new employees receive an exceptional onboarding experience.

We are looking for outstanding individuals who bring:

    • Experience in high-end complex project management, whether from a full-time position, an internship, or a student job;
    • Excellent communication skills in English and ideally in German; 
    • High amount of emotional intelligence;
    • A high degree of self-organization;
    • A proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritize their own workload;
    • Exceptional attention to detail;  
    • The energy to drive projects forward and the will and maturity to take over responsibility;
    • The ability to work effectively in a team environment;
    • Advanced skills in MS Office or similar Google Products, as well as project management software like Asana;
    • A university degree in any field.

Location and travel:
Ideally, you will be based in Berlin, Munich, London, or Zurich. Traveling to different QuantCo offices regularly will be part of your job.
