As a QCI Accounting and Office Coordinator, these are the kinds of tasks you’d be working on:

    • Using QuickBooks extensively to standardize and enforce QCI's bookkeeping SOPs: from reconciling bank and credit card purchases, to processing purchase orders, bills, and payments
    • Office management, including scheduling travel, coordinating the logistics of office events and meetings, stocking of supplies, and general office appearance

What we’re looking for from you:

    • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team of professionals
    • 2+  years of QuickBooks Desktop, and Microsoft Office experience
    • Associates Degree or above in Accounting, or 4+ years of bookkeeping experience
    • The ideal candidate has experience booking travel and scheduling meetings and a willingness to take on a role with diverse responsibilities
