🚀 About the Role
As an Implementation Engineer within the Customer Success Engineering organization at Quantum Metric, you will help to support a portfolio of clients and manage the technical details of their implementation and onboarding, adoption and growth with a focus on platform configuration. You will understand the challenges faced by your clients, guide them to define meaningful requirements, and create innovative solutions to ensure they are successful in achieving their objectives. You will work on translating customers’ business requirements into technical configuration to facilitate value realization and customer satisfaction. This role is dynamic and will have you working on various tasks like PII masking, eventing, trouble-shooting, etc. If you love solving puzzles and getting your hands dirty, keep reading!

💡 Requirements

    • Past experience developing, implementing, or managing digital solutions.
    • Experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or other client facing roles is preferred
    • In-depth understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript is a must, with proven experience in web development and strong working knowledge of front-end technologies
    • Need to have a solid handle on the variety of Web Developer Tools provided by modern browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge
    • Experience with native development (Objective-C/Swift, Java/Kotlin, Xcode, etc.) a plus
    • Experience with React Native and other frameworks a plus
    • Strong project & time management skills. Must be able to multitask while simultaneously juggling the needs of multiple clients
    • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and capable of operating in an ambiguous environment
    • Be self-motivated, resourceful and driven
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exemplary presentation skills
    • Socially competent and able to connect with a diverse audience: senior leaders, middle managers, and individual contributors, both technical and non-technical
    • Willingness to get in the weeds with tech; geeky hacker-types welcome!

The full vacation entitlement starts after an employee has been employed for six months.
 
If an employee is terminated before the six months have passed or within the first half of a calendar year, the employee will only be entitled to 1/12 of the annual vacation entitlement for each month of the employment relationship.
 
In the event of termination after the first six months and within the second half of the calendar year, an employee will be entitled to the full annual vacation.
