We are looking for a Characterization Project Supervisor for our team. Our ideal candidate is a skilled, meticulous engineer, who can work independently and efficiently within and among large teams, is responsible for driving and managing their own and group projects to completion ahead of schedule, and cross pollinates relationships between internal function teams enabling improved teamwork.
Collaborate and coordinate with internal project owners and customers to train, define expectations, establish and deliver projects to schedule, and solve technical issues as they arise
Build and maintain customer facing relationships to respond to customer requests, coordinate customer communications, and resolve issues
Host weekly update meetings and report on project status with internal team and customers
Help deliver high-quality/volume analysis of samples while meeting efficiency goals with minimal errors
Help manage daily, efficient operation and service of FIB/SEMs
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Masters degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or related field
>3 years’ experience with analytical tools such as FIB/SEM or electrical fault isolation
Proficiency in at least one type of programming language (e.g., Python, R, JMP, MATLAB, etc.)
Experience working with large datasets, SQL databases, or the equivalent
Basic knowledge in statistics data analysis and MSA
Ability to perform work in a glovebox, dry room and fume hood
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Ability to working into evenings, weekends and flexibility to compensate for shift gaps and immediate project needs on short notice
Work is performed in a dry room, fume hood, or glovebox requiring the use of fine motor skills and standing for extended periods of time, reaching and twisting motions with hands, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
Ph.D and/or >5 years of experience in project management
Experience with semiconductor FA techniques such as but not limited to: XIVA, TIVA, OBRICH, EBIC, EMMI, etc.
Experience preparing samples in an inert environment, such as glovebox operations, sample preparation (e.g. electrode depositions)
