Responsibilities

    • Carry out support and follow-up activities for the continuity of the service to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Help, advice, or guidance to customers on the operation, use, and application of services, products, or equipment offered by the Company.
    • Follow up on the after-sales process of products and services.
    • Carry out the reception, registration, processing and follow-up of requests, reports of problems and service complaints, failures, and damages in a comprehensive manner, informing the customer about the service process, until its conclusion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Fulfill and process service orders.
    • Deliver periodic reports as required on the services offered and the needs of the clients.
    • Comply with the work schedule as agreed with the Supervisor.
    • Attend meetings convened by the Supervisor of the Department.
    • Perform daily entry of services offered and required to Salesforce.com®.
    • Archiving of documents.
    • Receipt and Verification of Service Agreements.
