Note: While we are open to qualified candidates across the U.S., preference will be given to those in the Eastern U.S. or within reasonable travel distance to our King of Prussia (KOP) headquarters, as the role involves periodic in-person collaboration.
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and decision support for our high-growth Direct Rental business unit. This role plays a pivotal part in steering business performance by delivering proactive financial insights, partnering cross-functionally, and driving continuous improvement across planning and reporting processes.
This is a high-impact role with direct visibility to senior leadership and strong growth potential. The position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is remote with quarterly travel to KOP.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Direct Rental business unit
Collaborate with the HQ accounting team to manage month-end close processes and deliver meaningful variance analysis for leadership
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Care, and Service leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and ensure financial targets are met
- Lead financial analysis to support business-critical initiatives related to volume growth and operational efficiency
- Align with Procurement, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to optimize spend and unlock cost savings
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning and strategic decision-making
- Track and report on KPIs, identify performance trends, and surface actionable insights
- Improve planning processes, automate tools, and enhance financial reporting capabilities
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed
- Support ad hoc strategic projects such as pricing, investment decisions, and cost-benefit analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA strongly preferred)
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or strategic finance roles
- Experience in equipment rental or supply chain driven businesses a strong plus
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced Excel and modeling skills; experience with Hyperion, Anaplan, or other FP&A tools a plus
- Demonstrated business acumen, analytical rigor, and a strong attention to detail
- Effective communicator with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced, and high-growth environment
The base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $160,000, commensurate with experience. This role may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentives.
