The team is driven to make healthcare more accessible for all Americans. We’re looking for a dedicated, full-time Sr. Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. 

The Sr. Product Marketing Specialist works collaboratively with product management, marketing, and the sales and client services teams and is responsible for driving our product marketing efforts and enabling our sales team for success. This role is responsible for understanding the market, developing the product positioning and messaging, strategizing the go-to-market plan and creating sales education and materials. 

While we empower our teams to figure out the best solutions to the problems that need to be solved, we also hold those teams accountable for the results. We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist that is not afraid of signing up for business outcomes.

What you'll do:

    • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points
    • Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and develop effective product messaging
    • Develop and communicate compelling value propositions and positioning for assigned products
    • Create the go-to-market plan, collaborating on marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and pricing and packaging strategies across teams for product launch and promotion
    • Create marketing materials and collateral to support all sales and marketing efforts
    • Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary tools, training, and knowledge about our products and packages, maintaining updated sales enablement content software
    • Track key performance indicators to assess marketing success and make data-driven decisions for future improvements
    • Participate in assigned training and mentoring programs
    • Embrace and uphold Quest Analytics values in order to nurture positive company culture
    • Respond to internal and external team's needs in a professional and expedient manner
    • Perform other assigned duties as needed

What it requires:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
    • 7+ years’ experience in product marketing, sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support
    • Experience working with a SaaS software provider; healthcare or payer background strongly preferred
    • Experience with sales content management systems
    • Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of the sales cycle  
    • Proven ability to solve complex issues with excellent troubleshooting, listening and problem-solving skills 
    • Knowledge of or experience with sales methodology programs a plus
    • Experience in executing change management initiatives
    • Ability to learn while at the same time deliver results   
    • Strong attention to detail 
    • Strong communication skills with a customer focused mindset
    • Self motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
    • Works well in a team environment 
    • Healthcare background a plus
