About the Role
The Senior Merchandising Manager will own and oversee the merchandise strategies for Quidd App and Website, driving seasonal and scheduled content strategies to engagement on the platform. The position is fully remote, based in the US, and reports to the VP of Marketing and Operations. 

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 3-5 years of e-commerce / wholesale merchandising experience and 1-3 years of management experience
    • Experience as a Merchandiser or equivalent
    • Demonstrate the organizational ability to facilitate multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong strategic and analytical ability
    • Excellent verbal and written ability; Adept at presenting information and storytelling
    • Ability to align with, collaborate and influence cross-functional partners and peers
    • Ability to critique, create, and visually evaluate merchandise

Responsibilities

    • The Senior Merchandising Manager will own and oversee the merchandise strategies for the Quidd app and website, driving seasonal and scheduled product strategies to meet market-specific needs
    • This role will be accountable for delivering monthly active users, and driving the execution of News Posts, Email, Push Notifications, and storytelling.
    • Understand product trends, historical data, and departmental input at the category/class level to make informed product recommendations using reports to influence internal and external teams
    • They will partner with cross-functional team members to deliver Brand key concepts, key items, and assortments across multiple channels to ensure that the Quidd collections are commercially viable and provide an exciting customer experience
    • Initiatives they will manage and execute include the development of the Quidd brand narrative, Daily refresh of content, developing content, and analyzing the business for product recaps, seasonal celebrations, and seasonal hindsight
    • Effectively liaise with Drops Manager to influence and protect IP-specific needs while remaining aligned with brand direction and keeping content focused
    • Eliminate redundancies in the content on the App and WebsiteIdentify individual market needs, opportunities, and challenges to address future and in-season management needs
    • Present, sell, and recap strategy to the VP of Marketing while hitting your monthly MAU targets
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute all necessary content
