What you will do...
- Leading a team comprising full-time employees, in-house consultants and external freelancers
- Managing projects that are part of the larger program/product deliverables pertaining to the company's work
- Reviewing content that has been created by team members and providing insightful feedback to enhance the quality of content created
- Hiring new team members (as we are in the process of building the team)
- Mentoring team members and/or onboarding new team members/consultants
Who you are...
- Excellent subject knowledge of mathematics (K-12 level across syllabi - exposure to the USA Common Core would be a bonus but is not mandatory)
- Prior experience in educational content creation for mathematics for a minimum of 4 years
- Led projects/teams for a minimum of 3 years and operating with high degree of ownership
- Ability to critically analyse assessment and learning content - knowledge of items and how they related to Bloom's taxonomy, topics, skills and sub-skills is mandatory
- Ability to collaborative across internal teams (content, design, product, technology) and external stakeholders (consultants, freelancers etc.)
- Ability to multitask efficiently to ensure the overall health of the project
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
This is a fully on-site role based out of our Bangalore HQ.
