About Us:
As a UX Researcher, your primary responsibility is to establish and nurture channels to gain insights into students' lives and gather valuable feedback. You will independently plan and execute various user studies, and other research methodologies to identify areas for enhancing the user experience, prioritizing research questions based on critical business needs. Collaboration with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers is crucial to align user needs with product development.
What You Will Do
- Take ownership of the International Quizizz Ambassadorship Program for Students (IQAPS) and establish new channels to understand students' lives and gather feedback.
- Plan and execute user studies, including playtests, usability tests, user interviews, discovery studies, diary studies, etc., with minimal guidance.
- Identify areas for improvement in the user experience using qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate existing and new features.
- Prioritize research questions across projects to address the most critical business needs.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, and Engineers to bridge the gap between user needs and our product.
- Communicate actionable insights and recommendations in credible, creative ways to help teams understand the needs of our customers.
Who You Are
- You have 3+ years of experience as a user researcher.
- You have a solid understanding of research methodologies and can adapt them based on problem areas.You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a readiness to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- You possess strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas and collaborate with the team.
- Experience with K-12 students, edtech tools, gamified platforms, and game design is a huge plus.
