Role Summary

As the Spain Sales Lead, you’d be the face and official representative of Quizizz in Spain. 
You will be responsible for unlocking the Quizizz premium experience for thousands of schools and millions of students. You will build and nurture relationships with educators, schools, and other stakeholders to promote Quizizz as an integral tool for enhanced classroom engagement and improved learning outcomes and drive revenue growth. You’d also work actively with the Quizizz leadership and other key stakeholders both in and out of the organization to develop and execute the comprehensive strategy we’d need to grow and monetize in Spain

What You Will Do

    • Brand Ambassador: Represent Quizizz as the official face in Spain. Showcase the value of Quizizz Premium to schools and educators.
    • Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with educators, schools, and other stakeholders.
    • Position Quizizz as an essential tool for classroom engagement and learning improvement.
    • Revenue Growth:Drive revenue growth by unlocking the Quizizz Premium experience for thousands of schools and millions of students.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue potential.
    • Strategy Development:Collaborate with Quizizz leadership and key stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive growth and monetization strategy for Spain.
    • Provide insights and feedback to continuously improve our approach.
    • Market Expansion:Explore new opportunities and markets within Spain to expand Quizizz's reach and impact.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Who You Are

    • Sales Savvy: Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the education sector.
    • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
    • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive growth and revenue.
    • Collaborative Spirit: Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
    • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, education, or related field.
    • Spanish Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for sales and communication.
    • Passion for Education: Genuine interest in improving learning outcomes and making a positive impact in education.
