Quizlet is looking for an experienced Ad Ops Manager to own daily operations. The Ad Ops Manager will play a key role in the management of SSP relationships, Private Marketplace ad campaign delivery and programmatic implementation. As we rapidly grow our advertising business you will help develop new ad placements and partner integrations and manage the set-up and optimization of directly sold campaigns. What you'll do

    • Lead strategic analysis of SSP partnerships and provide meaningful data-driven results
    • Drive development and growth of SSP partnerships to increase overall revenue and yield
    • Create, improve, and automate workflows across programmatic sales channels
    • Manage campaign delivery, including campaign reporting, analysis, advertiser insights, billing, and order optimization to achieve campaign KPIs
    • Leverage internal reporting to monitor and manage a diverse portfolio of Private Marketplace ad campaigns and Open Auction
    • Troubleshoot any ad creative issues that affect tracking, implementation, or reporting
    • Carry out Quizlet’s ad quality standards such as protection from bad ads, malware, and manage block list initiatives
    • Have a passion for and knowledge of ad technology advancements and enthusiastically seek out opportunities to improve our mar tech stack

What we are looking for

    • 3 - 5 years of experience as an Ad Operations leader, preferably at an online publisher
    • Expert knowledge of industry-leading SSPs and Google Ad Manager
    • Understanding of Private Marketplace deals and auction dynamics
    • Excellent analytical skills with a “test and learn” mindset
    • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills with a high attention to detail
    • Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a rapidly evolving business landscape
    • An eye for efficiency, scale, and automation, always question how we can make things better, faster, easier
    • Confident communicating technical matters to non-technical audiences, including peers, managers and periodically clients
    • Passionate about the ad tech industry landscape with a desire and ability to learn new technologies and platforms
    • Understanding of Private Marketplace deals and auction dynamics
    • Excellent analytical skills with a “test and learn” mindset
