As a leading mobile security and privacy solutions company, Quokka offers proactive mobile security solutions to ensure a higher level of security and privacy for mobile applications, mobile devices and now enterprise mobile fleets. Quokka recently launched a new enterprise mobile security solution that will disrupt and reshape the market by enabling BYOD, providing privacy and security to the device owners, while allowing access to and protecting the enterprise's data. It is an exciting time at Quokka as we are reshaping the company and the market with our new offering.
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for delivering customer bookings within our key target markets. Quokka sales managers are skilled hunters as well as proven enterprise account managers. You will be responsible for prospecting to generate and qualify leads, promote Quokka's products and services, and identify and close sales opportunities. You will benefit from a proven sales methodology and consistent support from marketing, sales development, sales engineering, and our executive team to meet/exceed your goals.

What you will do in this role:
- Establish a regional strategy for net new logo pipeline generation
- Identify and drive targeted prospecting activities
- Close bookings consistently at or above quota levels
- Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities 3X-4X your quota
- Become proficient in the Quokka's sales methodology and playbooks
- Collaborate with Marketing and the Sales team to execute outbound prospecting campaigns
- Use value-based selling techniques to drive prospects through the buying journey
- Provide regular/accurate bookings forecast to sales leadership
To be successful, we need someone in this role who has:
- 5+ years of cybersecurity sales experience
- Proficiency in account planning and execution (hunt & grow)
- The ability to prospect and sell to C-level and senior-level relationships within large organizations
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
- Proven track record of closing six-figure cloud deals with prospects and customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing company environment
- Prior experience working with channel and alliance partners
- Willingness to travel within your assigned region as required
- Solid presentation and meeting management skills
