As our Director of Demand Generation, you’ll function as a primary change agent for the organization. You will act as a trusted advisor and business partner to the company’s senior leaders, including the CMO and VP of Sales, as we continue to refine the GTM motion and scale through our next phase of growth.
Core Position Responsibilities:
Drive a strategic and integrated Account-Based Marketing program to target key accounts across three segments.— Develop, manage and execute campaigns including email, direct mail, owned and 3rd party events, webinars, SEO/SEM/re-targeting, and social media advertising.— Integrate campaigns with sales development outreach— Together with sales operations, refine our Salesforce processes and automation— Analyze program performance and marketing attribution, continually optimize for conversions
— Bachelor's Degree, MBA is a plus (but not required)
— 5+ years of experience in a rapidly-growing B2B software company in one or more of the following areas: ABM, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing or Field Marketing
— Experience marketing to healthcare organizations is desired but not required
— Experience marketing to very large enterprise companies with complex deals
— Prior role where you’ve owned “a number” (pipeline or revenue) is a plus
— Experience using Pardot (or similar marketing automation platform) required
— Salesforce experience required
— A very strong understanding of the GTM funnel and opportunities to accelerate the business
— Excellent analytical skills with experience measuring marketing attribution— Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills

— Management and leadership experience
— Attention to detail and focus on exceptional quality work
— Highly organized and able to handle a high volume of programs and priorities
