Who we're Seeking
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth within the Broadcast Transformation team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, establishing strong relationships with clients within the Broadcast space, and educating clients/target clients on Qvest’s breadth of service offerings. Your ultimate goal will be to maximize sales performance, expand our client base, and contribute to the overall success of the company. The ideal individual would have a depth of experience in Broadcast Transformation. 

What you'll do

    • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with Qvest’s objectives, market trends, and client needs.
    • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding client relationships, and effectively positioning our consulting services within Broadcast Transformation.
    • Sustainably develop close relationships with decision-makers (C-suite, Technical, Digital and Marketing Senior Management) based on trust, integrity and customer satisfaction.
    • Be a brand ambassador, representing the company in webinars and marketing, at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our brand, expand professional networks, and identify business opportunities.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, potential clients, and sales opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our competitive advantage.
    • Develop and implement sales metrics and performance targets, regularly monitoring sales activity, pipelines, and conversion rates to drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring

    • B2B Sales background and at least 10+ years of technology sales and consulting experience, with at least 5+ years in top-level management with P&L responsibility
    • Strong technological understanding, proficient in selling and advising on complex cloud and hybrid solutions within the Broadcast Transformation space
    • An extensive existing customer & contact network that can be leveraged to break into new logos
    • Track record of success in dealing with RFPs and closing deals with key media & digital players, and Fortune 500 companies
    • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed sales decisions
    • Experience building and scaling companies; strong leadership skills and the ability to act as a coach and mentor
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
    • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
    • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in relevant fields (e.g., business administration, engineering, industrial engineering, or similar)
$80,000 - $400,000 a year
