Who we're seeking
Qvest is seeking driven, organized team-players who thrive on solving complex problems to join our 2026 Summer Internship program. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can independently produce high-quality work while working with a team to achieve a common goal.
While our internship program is largely remote, we prefer our interns to be located in one of our Consulting locations - New York or Los Angeles - to take advantage of in-person opportunities with our teams.
This role will be open starting Fall 2025 to undergraduate juniors. This posting is for 2026 Intern candidates to express interest in a future role. To be eligible for the role, candidates will be required to submit an updated application beginning Fall 2025.
What you'll do
- Create deliverables and work closely with your team to iterate until client-ready
- Document user requirements, stakeholder interview notes, and meeting notes
- Test new systems and technologies
- Provide status updates to your Project Manager and contribute to weekly reporting & PMO
- Participate in stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to internal growth initiatives including recruitment, strategy and/or methodology enhancement
What you'll bring
- 0 - 2 years of work experience, preferably in an analytical capacity
- History of success throughout academic career
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience excelling in a team environment
- Ability to work on projects with demanding deadlines
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration or other related fields, with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Although weekly working hours will vary by project & client, we typically expect teammates to work from approximately 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, at a minimum. Some weeks or days may require you to work more or less hours, depending on the needs of the business and the client. This does not apply to days where teammates have approved time off, such as vacation days, sick days, personal days, holidays, or any other approved time off.
