Who We're Seeking
A Qvest.US Product Manager - MarTech will provide direction and expertise to drive new product development for client applications by defining features and requirements to address business problems or opportunities.  They will own the product strategic vision, develop roadmaps, and drive the entire development life cycle from concept to launch.  The role will serve as a primary client contact on engagements and manage relationships with extended project team members.  

What you'll do

    • Provide direction and expertise to drive new product development for client applications by understanding business problems or opportunities, then translate requirements into viable application solutions.
    • Contribute to the product strategic vision, development roadmaps, and will take an active role in driving the entire development life cycle from concept to launch. The Manager, Product Manager may serve as a primary client contact on engagements and manage relationships with extended project team members.
    • Expect to engage in a number of different types of consulting projects ranging from the formulation and analysis of business, process, and organizational strategies through the implementation of recommendations and PMO establishment. The methodologies will range depending on client preference.
    • Lead both small and large teams consisting of other Qvest.US team members and client resources, and will be expected to facilitate sessions across the executive levels of client organizations.
    • Work in a number of industries, but will have a primary focus on the M&E industry. As with all consultants, the team member should be willing and expect to travel on occasion for work.

What you'll bring

    • A minimum of 3-5 years experience leading software product development teams required. 
    • Experience leading the development of Marketing Technology tools for B2C or B2B web and mobile applications or similar products in an Agile environment
    • Demonstrated success charting strategic product direction, defining user experience, defining and writing requirements, documenting features, leading development teams and ensuring release plans are delivered on time and on budget
    • Experience developing and delivering upon a product roadmap
    • Experience conducting user testing and feature flagging
    • Experience leveraging data to make product decisions and creating visualizations using Product Analytics tools
    • Experience with user behavior tracking tools (e.g. mParticle, MixPanel, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics)
    • Experience leading a team of Product Managers and/or Product Analysts
    • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (e.g. mParticle, segment.io)
    • Experience with Marketing Automation (e.g. Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)Experience with CRM and Customer Care (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe Audience Manager, Zendesk)Experience with marketing attribution across all devices, channels, and platforms (e.g. Kochava, Branch)
    • Experience with Product Data & Analytics (e.g. MixPanel, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics)
    • Experience integrating with Social for Ads (e.g. Facebook, Google)Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, marketing, MIS or other related fieldAgile or Scrum experienced
    • Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, cross-functional resources and business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements
    • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage delivery of custom development projects based on business requirements
    • Experience working at a Big 4 consulting company is a plus
    • Understanding of technology delivery methodologies
