Who we're seeking
You are an innovative and thoughtful self-starter who enjoys solving problems and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You are looking for a role where you can shape best practices, work on varied projects, be client-facing, and have the tools to accelerate your career with guidance & mentorship.
What you'll do
- Build quality software that solves our clients’ problems
- Build & define your skill-set with help from our team members
- Collaborate with a team on custom development projects and implementations projects
- Develop your skills as a leader to begin guiding and mentoring more junior engineers
What you'll bring
- 1-3+ years in software development
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture concepts
- Experience in custom solution implementations
- Experience in working with development teams
- Understanding of software development best practices
Preferred Experience
- Experience in implementing package solutions
- Experience in iOS, Android
- Experience in database design and deployment
- Experience in Java
- Experience in systems integration
- Experience developing or overseeing Cloud-based solutions
- Experience pair programming
- Experience consulting in the Media and Entertainment industry, specifically Studios or Broadcasters
- Understanding of Atlassian tool suite (or like tool suite) for defect management, issues management, code check-in and deployment, and collaboration
