About the Role
As the Integrated Marketing Manager, you play a pivotal role in helping to drive and scale business growth, while establishing brand relevance. You will lead digital marketing campaigns, focusing primarily on lead generation to drive customer acquisition, retention, and upsell. This is alongside managing and executing paid, owned earned media strategies to strengthen customer connection and service understanding. This role requires a strategic leader who thrives on data-driven decision making, embraces bold thinking and supports team development. They have demonstrated success managing multi-touch marketing programs, building content strategies, and showing quantifiable impact directly tied to marketing. Candidates will need strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders across all levels and functions in the organization.

What you’ll do

    • Strategize and execute integrated marketing campaigns and tactics including KPI-aligned strategy, creative development, copywriting, brand alignment, project and workstream management.
    • Create, launch and optimize various digital marketing tactics including but not limited to content management, paid search / display, paid and organic social ads, SEO, email marketing and advertising creative.
    • Define, manage and optimize content strategies to ensure compelling and consistent messaging development and usage aligned to core narratives and ideal customer profiles.
    • Develop and manage lead nurturing strategies and automation.
    • Proactively identify risks and challenges, and provide mitigation strategies.
    • Conduct A/B testing and implement changes across various channels to maximize results.
    • Collaborate with sales and business development to align and refine on MQLs and SQLs, improve lead quality, and drive pipeline and revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including practices, accounts, operations and sales – US and globally – to ensure a cohesive growth strategy.
    • Liaise with vendors and external partners to expand marketing’s reach.
    • Drive end-to-end project management including day-to-day contact, workback schedules, status meetings, communications, KPI monitoring and reporting.
    • Deliver midstream and wrap-up collective insights that demonstrate marketing ROI to drive optimization and post-activation learnings.

What you’ll bring

    • At least 5 years of experience in integrated marketing, growth marketing, demand generation or relevant marketing experience, specifically driving strategy and a multi-touch approach.
    • Result-oriented, self-motivated, team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Strong writing, storytelling and communication skills with a keen understanding of how to craft and evolve content for email, blogs, webinars, and/or webpages
    • Analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics to extract insights and make data driven decisions 
    • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
    • Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred; Pardot or other marketing automation technology preferred
    • Familiarity with Google Workspace and JIRA
    • Strong understanding of LinkedIn ads and SEO
    • Experience with a webinar platform a plus (ON24, Cvent, StreamYard, etc,) 
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field. 
$80,000 - $400,000 a year
