As the expansion of our charging infrastructure continues to grow, we are now hiring a E-mobility Project Manager to continue developing the charging network in Germany. Ideally you are based in the Rhein-Ruhr region. In your day-to-day activities you will navigate approval processes and coordinate the rollout of charging stations, overcoming a wide range of organisational, institutional, practical and other hurdles. Your Responsibilities 🚀
- Long-term strategic planning and management of the build-up of sites in Germany from start to finish
- Maintain a constructive relationship with city officials and DSO
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive results
- Mentor and share knowledge around project management best practices
Your Profile ✨
- At least two years of successful experience in project management and leading project teams
- Expert level analytical, conceptual and driving operational excellence
- Interest in working with public institutions
- Experience in working with project management tools is a plus
- Having a Project Management-Certificate is desireble
- A make-it-happen attitude, helping the team to deliver on changing the world from combustion to electric
- Technical and process know-how in e-mobility / electrical infrastructure is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convince others and drive solutions forward effectively
- Ability to self-organise in an environment of changing priorities; willingness to work on multiple tasks/content switching
- Fluency in German and English, additional language knowledge is a plus
