Qwello UK is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Bid and Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the administrative functions within the bid team, with a focus on ISO audits, process improvements initiatives, and monthly reporting. In addition to standard administrative tasks, this role offers the opportunity to develop bid writing and management skills.

Your Responsibilities 🚀

    • Coordinate and facilitate ISO audits in accordance with established schedules and requirements. Prepare documentation, reports, and evidence for ISO audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
    • Compile and analyse data for monthly reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and operational activities. Prepare comprehensive reports for our new and existing contracts.
    • Provide general administrative support to team members and departments as needed, ensuring efficient operation.
    • Assist in the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and tender documents for new business opportunities.
    • Lead or participate in process improvement projects, including analysing existing processes, developing recommendations, and implementing solutions. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Your Profile ✨

    • Proven experience in office administration, ISO audits, process improvement, and reporting activities.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with document management systems.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to learn and develop bid writing and management skills through on-the-job training. A 'can do' attitude with willingness to turn your hand to anything would make you a perfect fit for our team.
