QxBranch is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team in Washington DC. This position works closely with the company’s leadership team to drive the efficient and effective conduct of QxBranch’s business operations. The Operations Manager provides support to the CEO and Leadership team and as needed, to the Board of Directors, at the direction of the CEO.
Regular engagement with customers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders is required in this role.
o Lead HR functions including payroll, benefits management, and support to the team
o Support recruitment administration
o Serve as liaison to operations service providers including accounting, legal, and software providers
o Track and manage operating budget and expenses
o Oversee effective conduct of QxBranch meetings, workshops, and events
o Aid in drafting and review of proposals and marketing materials
o Maintain close communication with the QxBranch Leadership team to keep awareness of internal and external events
o Oversee coordination of travel for the QxBranch team
o Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information and manage accounts payable and receivable
o Prepare and process expense and travel claims on behalf of the team
