Job Profile Summary

Directs the development, planning, and administration of the organization’s global employee compensation and benefits programs. Directs planning, design, and implementation of all base pay, bonus and equity compensation programs, including executive compensation. Leads design of global benefits strategy and philosophy that aligns with organizational strategy, values, and culture. Directs the development, planning, implementation, and administration of the organization’s global employee benefits programs, including health and wellness, retirement, leave, time off and related programs, and ensures programs are competitive in the local market and compliant

Keeps executive-level management informed of departmental progress and problems. Responsible for resource allocation, including budget and personnel activities

Key Responsibilities List

> Directs the planning, design, and implementation of global compensation programs for the organization
> Ensures that compensation programs are competitive, applicable to the local market and equitable, and that programs are in alignment with company strategy
>· Leads activities including job analysis/evaluation, annual market pricing, Compensation Committee materials, annual bonus, equity, and merit cycles, salary administration, and design of base salary and variable compensation programs. 
> Oversees the administration of all global employee benefits programs.
> Evaluates internal workforce strategy, benefit utilization, vendor performance, market data and trends to develop global benefit and wellbeing programs
>  Owns relationship with brokers and vendors and collaborates with them and regional HR team to deliver cost-effective and competitive benefit solutions that support organization objectives and strategy.
>  Stays informed on regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to compensation, employee benefits, time off programs and wellbeing programs. Works closely with legal and regional HR team to ensure compliance in all states and countries.
>  Develops and executes communication strategies to inform and educate employees on compensation cycles, equity awards, available benefit plans and changes, enrollment, etc.
Directs and develops lower-level management and individual contributors in benefits and compensation

Education Requirements List

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Liberal Arts (Psychology, Sociology, etc.), Industrial Relations, or Organizational Development; may have some post- graduate education or training
