This is what you'll need:

    • Lead overall sales growth strategy and execution
    • Work with our existing pilot customers to transition to paid contracts and expand Rad AI into new customer logos
    • Establish reliable processes, systems, and infrastructure for the sales team
    • Define sales processes that drive quick and successful sales outcomes
    • Develop regular process for weekly, monthly, quarterly pipeline review with leadership
    • Enable sales team to follow consistent go-to-market strategy, pipeline management and consistent playbook
    • Develop sales strategy, define baseline and achievement goals for sales team
    • Hire, mentor and manage a small but growing team of Sales Representatives and Account Executives

This is what you'll need:

    • Proven and consistent success in sales including prior success leading SaaS sales teams 
    • A track record of driving new business growth and conversions
    • Comfort and experience negotiating legal terms and pricing with client finance and legal departments
    • A Data-driven mindset and approach to sales

This would be nice to have:

    • Prior SaaS healthcare sales leadership experience
