Senior Trade Show & Events Manager

About the Role
We’re seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Trade Show & Events Manager to lead our presence at key industry events across North America and internationally. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our trade show and event strategy to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll manage the end-to-end execution of our event calendar, collaborating closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand and supports business goals.
Responsibilities Include:
- Own and manage the annual global event calendar, including major trade shows, conferences, user groups, and hosted events
- Align event strategy with brand and commercial goals in collaboration with marketing leadership
- Partner with product marketing, sales, and leadership to align messaging and maximize ROI
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key industry organizations, societies, and conference planners to ensure Radformation is top of mind for opportunities and collaborations
- Proactively identify ways to align our presence with relevant industry initiatives and education programs
- Work with international distributors and regional teams to localize events and support global expansion
- Manage all logistics: booth design and production, vendor coordination, shipping, staffing, and on-site execution
- Ensure flawless execution of events, with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
- Coordinate with internal designers and content creators to produce high-quality collateral, booth graphics, and signage
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and clear ROI reporting
- Track key event metrics and contribute to post-event analysis and continuous improvement
- Oversee hotel block management, travel planning, and coordination for internal team members attending events
- Oversee the sourcing, ordering, inventory, and distribution of event swag and branded materials to ensure timely availability—maintaining consistency and supporting a memorable attendee experience
- Organize and maintain travel kits and event materials for smaller trade shows and meetings
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing trade shows, conferences, and hosted events
- Proven success in both North American and international event planning and execution
- Experience working within B2B, SaaS, healthcare, or medical device industries strongly preferred
- Strong vendor negotiation skills, logistical coordination, and creative problem-solving
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Willingness to travel (approximately ~25% annually)
- Proficiency with event platforms, CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce, Trello), and project management tools
- Experience collaborating with channel/distributor partners
- Strong team collaboration skills, with proven experience working closely across all areas of marketing including brand, content, product marketing, demand generation, and design to ensure cohesive and successful event execution
- Familiarity with regulatory and cultural nuances for international events
- Background in lead capture strategy and integrating event data into marketing campaigns
$110,000 - $140,000 a year
Salary listed is in USD for US-based employees and will be commensurate with experience. Salary range will vary for international candidates and be commensurate with experience and geographical location.
