WHAT’S YOUR PURPOSE
As Lead Analyst, you’ll be in charge of the production and delivery of our research products from the signed statement of work to the final presentation. You’ll manage multiple inputs in the research production process, including collaborating with Research Analysts. You’ll be responsible for getting up to speed and analyzing a startup sector through top-down perspectives, consumer surveys, and conversations with founders and investors. Ultimately, the outputs of your work will identify and present specific solutions that are best suited for our clients’ needs.
As we continue to scale, you’ll play a critical role in growing the business by identifying new revenue opportunities and iterating on our research process. We believe each team member has valuable insights to offer and expect that you’ll contribute to the direction and future of our products.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Someone who will bring a multifaceted skill set to the team: this person is equally capable of synthesizing research and managing/executing in an operational function that contributes to our growth. Furthermore, we’re looking for someone that leads by example, sets a high bar for themself, and will take the time to mentor/coach more junior members of the team on their career journey. We’re interested in people that like to wear a few different hats and that are enthusiastic about contributing to Radicle in ways outside of project work (sales/marketing, data, product strategy, recruiting, social committee, etc.).
Lastly, we’re looking for someone that is dedicated to our four core values: excellence, proactivity, invention, and collaboration.
We’re a lean team that moves quickly and embraces new opportunities. We’re looking for people who are passionate about learning and figuring out answers to difficult questions—each day poses an opportunity to think critically about business, markets, and the future. Several employees are former startup founders and many more employees have aspirations to be a founder one day. If you’re looking to build a career in startups, ventures, or innovation, we’d love to help you accomplish this.
We take great pride in the culture we’ve built at Radicle and wanted to highlight below some aspects of our culture that make us unique:
Team All-hands Meetings: 3x per week (pulse checks, shoutouts, lunch & learns, team training/discussion, etc.); these meetings help us stay connected as we’re 100% remote
Above and Beyond Awards: Whenever someone on the team notices someone else going above and beyond, they can nominate them for this award and we send the employee a $50 Amazon Gift card
Song of the Day: On a rotating basis, each person on the team sends through a favorite song that others listen to and comment on...our Radicle Spotify playlist is 🔥
Water Cooler Trivia: Every Monday the team submits answers to 10 trivia questions (prizes for top scoring teams and individuals)
Social Committee: We use a quarterly budget to plan in-person and virtual events for the team ~1x/month...highlights include: mind-reader, cocktail-making classes, murder mystery, and more
Company Celebration Day / Team Offsite: Each year in December we have a Company Celebration Day to highlight successes from the year, vote on our most impactful project, and recognize excellence for individual performance
