We are looking for a collaborative and driven customer success professional to be a proficient leader of a growing account management and customer success team. You will serve as an account manager for our core customers by reviewing contract performance, showcasing new product features/services, and investing in employer relationships.

You'll also work closely with internal teams to help inform our product roadmap and marketing materials with customer and employee feedback. You will be expected to not only our current market but our potential prospective clients, find creative ways to engage our customers and their employees, and help shape our value proposition to our customers.


    • Lead and manage a growing team of Customer Success Associates
    • Provide a high-touch relationship for our customers on an ongoing basis
    • Drive revenue and own team outcomes through establishing churn-reducing practices and generating additional opportunities for account expansion
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop specific short and long-term account plans that meet the needs of customers and optimize revenue and retention opportunities
    • Understand our customers' pain points to best position adaptive insights


    • 5+ years of Customer Success experience
    • 2+ years of management experience
    • B2B experience in service industry (preferably in the healthcare or health tech space)
    • Proven ability to effectively manage teams with a high degree of success
    • Previous success of retaining and growing customer relationships, and a knack for solving customer problems and discovering opportunities for addressing the root causes of churn
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
    • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-growing, rapidly changing, startup environment
