What’s the job like?
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing impactful marketing campaigns across both paid and organic channels. This role offers a unique opportunity to take the lead in driving SEO strategies for high-traffic, strategic projects while managing a wide range of paid digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Search and Social Media platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
- Take ownership of managing and growing the social media presence for each property on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Identify keyword opportunities to target across paid advertising and organic search strategies.
- Take charge of creating, implementing, and driving end-to-end SEO strategies for high-traffic, strategically significant projects, while also developing and executing comprehensive SEO plans from the ground up for new initiatives in the pipeline.
- Proactively identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance organic search performance and ensure long-term success in search rankings.
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate SEO best practices into website architecture and new code implementations.
- Guide the content team in developing SEO-focused content strategies to meet business objectives.
- Recommend and implement structural and on-page improvements, including the technical aspects of the website, content optimization, and linking strategies, to achieve higher rankings for targeted keywords.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance across all channels to meet defined goals.
- Continuously measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
- Stay abreast of key trends, emerging best practices, and competitive movements in the digital marketing and SEO landscape.
- Identify and explore new advertising opportunities, including direct partnerships with relevant publishers, to extend campaign reach.
- Deliver clear and actionable performance reports for all campaigns, offering data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between SEO, paid marketing, and overall business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising and SEO.
- Strong understanding of both paid digital advertising strategies and SEO best practices.
- Excellent marketing acumen with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional command of the English language, with excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics is preferred, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Hands-on knowledge of SEO, with the ability to create and implement comprehensive strategies.
- Proven ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
