Business Development Lead at Raidium
The Business Development Lead plays a key role in shaping Raidium’s commercial strategy and expanding its market presence across the healthcare industry—including Pharma companies, CROs, medical device comanies and diverse medical imaging actors. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and managing key partnerships, and driving strategic deals to accelerate Raidium’s growth. This is a strategic position that requires both commercial expertise and project management skills to engage with industry stakeholders, define our value proposition, and scale our business operations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Business Development & Market Strategy: Identify and evaluate market opportunities, refine Raidium’s value proposition, and drive go-to-market strategies.
- Lead Generation & Sales Execution: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, engage with key stakeholders, and close strategic deals.
- Partnership & Consortium Management: Establish and nurture partnerships with Pharma, CROs, MedDevice companies, and other key players to facilitate collaborative projects and business growth.
- Commercial Strategy & Pricing: Define pricing models, refine commercial approaches, and ensure sustainable revenue generation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key point of contact for industry partners, ensuring effective communication and long-term collaboration.
- Project & Contract Management: Oversee the operational, contractual, and IT aspects of partnerships and customer engagements.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales in healthcare, MedTech, AI, or related industries.
- Strong strategic thinking, market analysis, and commercial execution skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage complex projects with diverse stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity or willingness to learn about medical technologies, precision medicine, and Raidium’s target indications (oncology, neurology, metabolic diseases, etc.).
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
Preferred skills (Pluses):
- Experience in commercializing AI-driven solutions, medical imaging, or digital health technologies.
- Understanding of regulatory landscapes and market access pathways in healthcare.
- Experience working with Pharma, CROs, MedDevice companies, or manufacturers.
