What you will do:

    • Configure, customize, and maintain CRM system (Salesforce) to meet organizational requirements.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business needs for CRM (Salesforce) enhancements.
    • Manage user profiles, permissions, roles, and security settings within Salesforce.
    • Design, analyze, and optimize sales compensation plans to drive performance and align with business objectives.
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement incentive programs that motivate and reward sales.
    • Provide support during the planning and execution of sales forecasting, budgeting, and quota-setting processes.
    • Utilize advanced analytics to provide actionable insights into sales performance, trends, and opportunities.
    • Design, implement, and maintain sales dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and refine sales metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.
    • Conduct thorough analyses of sales data to optimize territory planning and sales resource allocation.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate and streamline sales systems and processes.
    • Participate in the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance sales analytics capabilities.
    • This position does not have direct reports.
    • Perform any other related activities assigned by the reporting manager.

What you bring:

    • Familiarity and experience with Salesforce required; Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
    • Experience as a commercial operations analyst with a focus on sales compensation and/or analytics preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
    • Experience designing and implementing sales dashboards and reports.
    • Knowledge of sales compensation plan design, administration, and analysis.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
    • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization in sales analytics and compensation management.

Compensation - The salary range target for the role described in this job description is $100,000 to $120,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including but not limited to candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, compensation/equity mix, and market data. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
