We are looking for a HEAD OF OPERATIONS for the biggest on-demand platform Latam. We deliver love and everything from groceries to top restaurant meals and cash at your doorstep.

What we are looking for

    • We’re looking for an experienced, curious and passionate Head of Operations to help optimize and manage the Mexico operation. You will need to be quick thinking, creative and have a strategic mind and the necessary leadership skills to build a strong team.

Required skills and experience

    • 7+ years of work experience with a background in operations - startup or tech experience is a big plus.
    • Experience in working effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a highly dynamic and constantly changing environment.
    • Strong project management experience.
    • Exceptional business judgement and critical thinking skills.
    • A track record of building, leading and developing a high performing team.

What are you going to do?

    • Be responsible for building and optimizing best in class operations at Rappi.
    • Ensure sufficient supply at all times (quantity and quality of couriers) by having an efficient acquisition strategy, balancing supply and demand in the marketplace, and ensuring positive couriers engagement. 
    • Manage a team of highly motivated city operations managers throughout the country.
    • Work to provide the best possible experience for our couriers, making Rappi the delivery app of choice to partner with.
    • Aggregate internal and external customer feedback through different channels and liaise with the product team to regularly enhance the product based on courier feedback as well as internal UX testing.
