The Opportunity

    • Joining the social team as a Social Media Manager means you will be servicing content to over a million of our pre-existing audience daily, working with the other social team members to strategize content pieces and be a driving force in growing one of our country music brands on social. We are looking to bring on a creative individual who is very passionate about the country music space and interested in making a direct impact immediately.

Responsibilities

    • Driving growth on multiple social accounts with a primary focus on country music.
    • Creating, publishing, & curating content.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve objectives, increase brand awareness, and drive audience engagement.
    • Manage a social content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting of content that aligns with brand voice and guidelines.
    • Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and stay up-to-date with best practices.
    • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, such as impressions, engagement, and audience sentiment, to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and provide data-driven insights.
    • Roll out stories, breaking news, and editorial content across social throughout the day and into the night/weekend hours.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to roll out ads in a timely manner.
    • Use design software like Photoshop to create formatted posts and graphics.

What We’re Looking For

    • Must-Have:
    • 2+ years of experience working on Social Media accounts.
    • Experience with graphic design skills in services such as Photoshop & Canva.
    • A deep understanding of standard journalism guidelines.
    • Strong knowledge of country music.
    • Strong communication skills & experience working within a team.
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong written skills.
    • Nice to Have:
    • Experiencing in creating social content that has been sold against.
    • Editorial experience writing for a publication or brand.
    • Strong skillsets with pulling and interpreting data to drive decision-making on social platforms.
    • Experience working within media or the music industry.
